Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion

An Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion is someone who is drawn to assist in the ministry that Jesus gave to his apostles at the Last Supper. They help in the distribution of His Body and Blood to His faithful at Mass and also to those who are unable to attend Mass. To be an Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion one must have been a Roman Catholic for at least one year, have received the Sacraments of Holy Communion and Confirmation, have completed Safe Environment training, and be in good standing with the Church. Becoming a Eucharistic Minister is a wonderful way to encounter Christ in the Eucharist.

If you have any questions, or would like to become a Eucharistic Minister, please contact Randy Vitek or Scott Kemp at randyvitek@yahoo.com or kempscosha@sbcglobal.net for information and/or training.
